She referred to one of Pompei's shopping streets as "Rodeo Drive" and the nonsense continued in that vein. Plus she bragged about her academic credentials and how they were so good that she was assigned to Pompei. Well, that doesn't matter if you can't explain things to a well informed audience. I strongly recommend that she begin each tour by asking about the guests' backgrounds and interests.”
