“We were running late due to the trains, they were aware and did not make us feel uncomfortable. Extrembly helpful. Had a great time and my 81 year old Mum got to the top!! The Volcanologist was fab too. Did not have time to walk round the top but that was ok. On return decided not to get train to next tour and they organised that as well. Hassel free, thank you.”
