There was a little confusion about our schedule but he helped sort it all out and we had a great time in walking around and had a nice lunch in Sorrento before going to Pompeii. Back to the ship with time to spare. Overall very satisfied with the trip.”

A few clicks later, the duration had been reduced to 4 hours—and in reality, we received just 3.5 hours, including an unnecessary mid-tour break. The tour also started 20 minutes late because the guide had to wait in line to purchase tickets, which was surprising given it was marketed as a "skip-the-line" experience. We paid $300 per person—$600 total—for what turned out to be a shortened and somewhat disorganized tour.
